Withdrawal, refund and reschedule policy:

a.  There will be no refund if students that were suspended from misbehavior or were absent from sickness.  

b. Cancellation:  Registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellation need to be notified on the Friday prior to the cancelled week. Tuition fee, lunch fee and field trip fee balance of the cancelled week will be refunded by check after the deduction of a $75 administration fee. Before 5/28/24, the administration fee will be $50. 

c. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free for first time based on availability. Any additional rescheduling before 5/28/24 will incur a $35 administration fee for each change. After 5/28/24, the administration fee will be $50.
