飛躍計劃(YELP )是一個曠闊視野、裝備技能，培育品格的青少年計劃。中學生可透過社區服務累積義工時間，畢業生更可申請由政府頒發的「總統義工服務獎」。今年有健康食品烹調學習，也有GBC international Bank Foundation贊助的低收入補助。

YELP is a youth program that broadens horizons, equips students with skills, and cultivates character. High school students can accumulate volunteer hours through community service, and graduates are eligible to apply for the “President’s Volunteer Service Award” awarded by the government. This year, there will be learning on healthy food cooking. Low-income subsidies sponsored by the GBC International Bank Foundation will also be available for application.
